Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the booking. The person making the booking must be 18 years old or over. Card must be presented upon arrival. We accept VISA, Master card, American Express Payment can also be made with EFT or cash CHRISTMAS/NYE PERIOD: ***December 25th January 5th*** 11 night min stay * PLEASE NOTE: All bookings made over the CHRISTMAS/NYE PERIOD require FULL PAYMENT prior to arrival. Your listed credit card will be charged the full amount of your stay on December 1st If your booking is made after December 1st, your card will be charged at time of booking. During the CHRISTMAS/NYE PERIOD, there are to be NO CANCELLATIONS, NO REFUNDS and NO CHANGES to any bookings after December 1st.

Cancellation Policy

Cambridge Lodge requires 48 hours notice if any booking is to be cancelled. Past this time, we reserve the right to charge a full rate for the first nights accommodation. Cancellation before this time will attract no cancellation fee. CHRISTMAS/NYE PERIOD: ***December 25th January 5th*** All bookings made over the CHRISTMAS/NYE PERIOD require FULL PAYMENT prior to arrival. During the CHRISTMAS/NYE PERIOD, there are to be NO CANCELLATIONS, NO REFUNDS and NO CHANGES to any bookings after December 1st.

Checkin Policy

Valid identification card required to check in. Please also produce the credit card used for booking. ALL late check-outs up till 1pm will incur a HALF DAY charge. After 1pm a FULL DAY will be charged. $20.00 payment will be charged for lost or non returned keys.

Child Policy

Child has to be supervised by an adult. No children/under 18s will be allowed in dorm rooms.

No-show Policy

If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the property, we will charge one nights accommodation at the full rate.

Alcohol Policy

Any guest intoxicate would be asked to leave immediately without any refund.
